In mid December, my Aunt Fay and Uncle Jim came to visit. This was such a blessing and big deal! They selflessly cared for my grandma and grandpa in their home for 10+ years, which meant traveling out of state was not an option. We enjoyed an early family Christmas together. We loved having them here and can't wait for them to come again! (And kudos to Ryan for figuring out the timing on his camera in order to catch a pretty great picture of the gang.)
Asher discovered that he likes to tear off wrapping paper- no matter who the gift is for.
I've been told that the Train Park has a fun holiday event, so we checked it out this year. Asher is in to trains, and we all had a blast. (Go on a weeknight though, as I'm told it can get crazy crowded.)
My sis-in-law and family held their annual Lentine Christmas Party. We had such a great time and to top it off, Santa came to visit! Asher seemed a bit curious about the guy in red, but did not cry at all.
We held our (now) annual Gingerbread Party. For years I have decorated gingerbread houses with Kaylee and Lexi. This year we expanded it to the whole family and made it a party! We also celebrated Nick and Belinda turing the big 3-0.
Seems we have some real gingerbread decorating artists in the mix.
Cousin Hug!
For the kiddos, a train ride was available before the service. Asher was so excited about riding the "choo-choo."
While there, we met up with our good friends! We were so excited our friends the Rattay's came home from overseas for a visit. We've missed them so, and it was also so neat to get the boys together again.
Christmas Eve was filled with more fun- can't you tell by Asher's face?! Yep, he's the one crying. I guess that's what we get for putting 3 one year olds on a bench and telling them to stay there for a picture. Love it!

The favorite gift of the year- the red wagon! Who knew?? Thanks Memaw!
Other fun holiday shots.
Merry Christmas and Happy 2015!!
